Peel and shred the radishes. Cook until tender. Drain and set aside. Mix 2 cup water and rice flour together in a big pan. Boil chicken broth. Pour into rice batter gradually (stir while doing this). Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook until the batter gets very thick (stir continuously). Grease 33x23x5 cm pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 450 degree for 50 minutes or longer (some ovens may vary). Let cool and slice. Pour a little bit of vegetable oil in the skillet, and fry the sliced cake until the cake is slightly golden. Prepare some brown gravy and pour it over the fried radish cake and serve.
